LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost
LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core costs US$119.99 a month, or US$1,079.88 a year when billed annually, which is US$89.99 a month. Advanced costs US$159.99 a month, or US$1,799.88 a year. Advanced Plus has no public price: LinkedIn quotes it. These are LinkedIn’s own US prices, before tax, checked 15 September 2026.
PortifyLead is a Chrome extension that saves LinkedIn contacts to the CRM you already use, from a regular profile or a Sales Navigator lead or account page. So we read these plans with one question in mind: what do you need to pay LinkedIn for, and what don’t you?
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Built for | CRM sync |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | US$119.99 a month | US$1,079.88 a year (US$89.99 a month, 25% less) | Individual sellers | No |
| Advanced | US$159.99 a month | US$1,799.88 a year (US$149.99 a month, 6% less) | Sales teams | No |
| Advanced Plus | Quoted by LinkedIn | Quoted by LinkedIn | Teams using a CRM integration | Yes: HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Sales, Salesforce |
How much is LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core?
Core is US$119.99 a month on monthly billing, or US$1,079.88 for a year paid up front. Annual billing brings it to US$89.99 a month, a 25% saving, the largest discount LinkedIn publishes for any plan.
Core is the plan for one seller. It includes more than 50 advanced search filters, Account IQ and Lead IQ, Relationship Explorer, alerts and 50 InMail credits a month. What it does not include is anything for a team: seat management, TeamLink, or a connection to your CRM.
How much is Sales Navigator Advanced?
Advanced is US$159.99 a month, or US$1,799.88 a year. Paying annually saves only 6% here, so it comes to US$149.99 a month, and the gap between monthly and annual is much smaller than on Core.
Advanced costs US$40 more than Core, and the difference buys team features: seat management and centralized billing, TeamLink, Smart Links, the Relationship Map, Buyer Intent and team reporting. If you sell alone, most of that goes unused.
How much is Advanced Plus?
LinkedIn does not publish a price. It quotes Advanced Plus based on the size of your sales team, the CRM integration you want and the onboarding and training you need. It is the only plan that syncs with a CRM, which is usually the reason a company asks for the quote.
Is there a LinkedIn Sales Navigator discount?
The discount LinkedIn publishes is annual billing: 25% off Core and 6% off Advanced. LinkedIn also notes that its listed prices may not reflect promotional discounts, so an offer shown inside your own LinkedIn account can differ from the public page. Check the checkout price before you commit to a year.
Is Sales Navigator free?
No. Sales Navigator is a paid subscription, but LinkedIn offers free trials of Core and Advanced to members who qualify. The trial turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends, and trial length can vary by region or promotion. If you cancel a trial, LinkedIn will not offer you another one for at least 12 months, so start it when you have time to use it.
Why do pricing guides show different numbers?
Because they were written at different times, in different currencies, and some quote the monthly price while others quote the annual price per month. Guides ranking on Google this year list Advanced at US$149.99, US$159.99 and US$179.99 a month. US$149.99 is Advanced billed annually; US$159.99 is Advanced billed monthly. LinkedIn also calls its prices estimates that may leave out VAT, GST and promotions. When a number matters, check LinkedIn’s Compare Plans page on the day.
Which Sales Navigator plan do you need to get contacts into your CRM?
For LinkedIn’s own CRM sync, Advanced Plus: LinkedIn makes CRM integration available on that plan only. Full sync works with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Sales and Salesforce, and a few others such as SAP get embedded profiles only. Core and Advanced do not connect to a CRM.
That makes the CRM question an expensive one to answer with Sales Navigator alone. A Chrome extension is the other route: PortifyLead saves a contact from the LinkedIn page you are on to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Capsule or Google Sheets, and it works on Sales Navigator lead and account pages as well as on a regular LinkedIn account, with no Advanced Plus contract. See how it compares on our LinkedIn CRM integrations page.
What we see in the field: the plan changes how you find people, not how they reach your CRM
We built PortifyLead to start a capture from the pages you already prospect on: a regular LinkedIn profile or company page, and a Sales Navigator lead or account page. The save that follows is the same either way: you review the contact, and it goes to the integration you connected, checked for an existing record when you save.
So the choice between Core, Advanced and a free LinkedIn account is about prospecting: search filters, alerts, InMail and team features. Getting a contact into Salesforce or HubSpot does not have to wait for an Advanced Plus quote.
Questions
Can I pay for Sales Navigator monthly?
Yes. Core is US$119.99 and Advanced is US$159.99 on monthly billing. Annual billing costs less per month, by 25% on Core and 6% on Advanced, but you pay for the year up front.
How many InMail credits come with Sales Navigator?
Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus each include 50 InMail credits a month, according to LinkedIn’s Compare Plans page. The number is the same on every plan, so InMail alone is not a reason to move up.
Do Sales Navigator prices include tax?
Not necessarily. LinkedIn says its listed prices are estimates that may exclude VAT, GST and promotional discounts. Your checkout shows the final amount for your country.
What happens when the Sales Navigator free trial ends?
It turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel, LinkedIn will not give you another free trial for at least 12 months.
Do I need Sales Navigator to save LinkedIn contacts to a CRM?
Not with an extension. LinkedIn’s own CRM sync needs Advanced Plus, so Core and Advanced have no built-in route to a CRM. PortifyLead saves contacts from Sales Navigator lead and account pages, and from a regular LinkedIn account if you have no Sales Navigator plan. It has a Free plan with 15 saves a month, and Pro is $15 a month. Compare PortifyLead plans.
Why is Advanced Plus not priced on LinkedIn’s website?
LinkedIn quotes it for each company, based on team size, the CRM integration and the onboarding and training needed. Ask LinkedIn’s sales team for a quote.
