- "Unlimited" means no undisclosed numerical cap for normal user-triggered operation; security, rate and abuse controls still apply. No multiple users, centralized administration or SSO.
- One 14-day no-card trial per verified account, shared between Pro and Agency. If it is not converted the account returns to Free with one active connection per integration; credentials and mappings are preserved.
- On an Agency downgrade one connection per integration is retained using a stable random selection and the rest become inactive. No credentials or configuration are deleted.
- The connection each save uses is chosen in Settings and shown during capture, without a separate confirmation step.

The brief allowance sits inside the save allowance rather than beside it — a save that carries an AI Sales Brief uses one of your fifteen, it does not use a sixteenth. Both reset on the first of the month, in UTC.

What counts as a save?
A successful create or update of a contact in your connected destination. Saves that your destination rejects do not count. The allowance resets on the first of each month, in UTC.
Do AI Sales Briefs count against my saves?
A brief is saved with a contact, so it uses one save. On Free, up to five of your fifteen monthly saves can carry a brief. Pro includes 1000 briefs a month, and Agency has no brief cap.
How does the 14-day trial work?
One no-card trial per verified account, shared between Pro and Agency. If you do not upgrade when it ends, your account returns to Free with your connections and mappings preserved.
What happens to my connections if I downgrade from Agency?
One connection per integration is retained at random and the rest are deactivated. No credentials or configuration are deleted, so reactivating later restores them.
Is Agency a team plan?
No. Agency is one authenticated operator working across several client CRM accounts. There is no shared workspace, no invitations, and no team seats.
